I still have not received my refund. Although Turbo Tax has been paid and The bank TPG has also taken extra money out I've yet to see a dime. My eight hundred something dollars is now five something and they want me to feel out this form and pay a notary to sign it, which I will not do It will allow them to take more money out of my check and also I feel it will mess things up more or scam me. I feel it is ridiculous and I am in the process of filing complaints with anyone I can.
I have spoken with a turbo tax worker and although she did try she could not help, it's basically in the hands of the third party bank from what i'm told. They are very rude, short and no help at all.
I have contacted them and they say there is nothing they can do and I am on my own with their third party bank. The people at the bank are rude and no help. They care nothing about the people they have their money and want to keep mine to apparently it is the most ridiculous thing ever. The customer service guy even pretended to be the supervisor and is a foreigner and a jerk. Said his name was Lupe.
