could I still get my 1st and 2nd stimulus check and 3third check if I receive my social security number in 2021 and I file my 2020 taxes before October 15,2021. I am on a f1 student but I have been living in the Usa for about 5 years so far. I also called the irs and I am going through the 9 week processed and they say it looks fine and I should receive one then a next expert say they will make a decision by the date they gave me . Would I be eligible to receive payments?
