IND-901 The Primary SSN in the Return Header has been locked because Social Security Administration records indicate the number belongs to a deceased individual
the problem could be at the IRS end, you'll need to paper file.
I contacted Soc Sec who confirmed that my SS number is still correct and active.

If your Social Security number is accurate, it's possible that your number was used by somebody else to file a tax return.
At this point, you will need to mail your tax return in to file you.
