I have the same issue. This is my 1st year using the solar panels tax credit. First I wasn't able to file early due to a new tax form that was required for the tax credit. Waited to file on the allowed, it was accepted on 2/10. I've called and the IRS representative is saying the same thing, 10 weeks. This is ridiculous! They should pay interest from the accepted date or if it's a issue with the form that turbo tax provided then they should pay the interest.
