I am trying to pay for filing. No matter what payment form I try to process it says it cannot authorize my cards. I wanted to pay via Klarna but tried other cards and it denies them all. Looking online this happens so often but somehow the issue is still going on after many years of complaints. All info is correct. I even downloaded the app and used my laptop, the results are all the same. Please help with real suggestions instead of the correct address and code instructions.

TurboTax has a billing department, but many TurboTax agents do not know about it. The billing department can see what is going on with your account and correct any problems. They are located in the Mountain time zone and open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Mountain time. Call during that timeframe and ask for help from the billing department. The agent must dial the number for you and speak to the billing department for you. If they do not know how to do that ask to be escalated to a manager. It can take 24 hours or longer for a manager to call you back. I am sorry you are having this problem.
