Self-employed tax return

I do not have any expenses to add to my 1099-MISC, do I still have to pay for the self-employed tax package?

TurboTax Deluxe searches for 350+ tax deductions and credits (Schedule A) and 1099-MISC income (no expenses). 

TurboTax Self-Employed/Home and Business maximizes business deductions for vehicle, phone, supplies, home office and more (Schedule C)

If you'd like to prepare your return using TurboTax Online: Choose which online product you'd like to Start for Free here, then create an account (or Sign in if you already have one).    

Have you started a return already? As long as you haven't paid or registered yet, you can use the Clear & Start Over account feature to remove anything you've already prepared. Here's how: 
Note:  to do this, you must open TurboTax Online in a full web browser. If you are in a full web browser and My Account isn't shown in the upper right, maximize your browser to full screen. This process cannot be done on Android, iOS, or any formatted versions of TurboTax. 
  1. Sign in to TurboTax Online (can't? Go here
  2. Click Continue your/take me to my return.
  3. Choose My Account to the upper-right up the page and select Clear & Start Over.
  4. Choose yes or no when asked 'are you sure you want to clear your return?'

This does not remove or reset any prior year, account, or login settings
