Schedule 1 line 8z

The type of income was not entered into Schedule 1 line 8z, so the return was rejected by the IRS.  I do not have a 1099 for the income.  I have submitted a copy of the return and given a token number 1324979.

 

The income was consistent with previous years, which included the type of income in Schedule 1.

Thank you for sharing this information.  From looking at the file, it appears the income is properly showing on line Schedule 1, Line 8z, but there is one additional question that needs to be answered.  If you run the error check, it should take you to this section.   

I believe this was a timing issue where your return was transmitted around the same time a software update was delivered.  Once you answer the additional question (it's a yes/no item), retransmit the return.
