Sbtpg Bank

Turbo tax chose to partner with Sbtpg Bank I do not know why I have filed with turbo tax for the last 9 years but this more then likely will be my last. No professionalism or customer service I have been waiting on my refund since 02/23/23 the IRS sent my my money to this bank be cause my bank rejected the payment since then they charged me $30 to print a check to mail to me which I did not or have not received because I no longer live at the residence and federal checks are not forwarded I have already spoke to the IRS and they stated they can print me a check once they got notification or confirmation from green dot which they have not and I do not understand what is the issue seeing that turbo tax and the bank collected there fees not to mention I lost an additional $30  this is by far the worst experience I have had to deal with and to not get help or answers even though everyone else has received there fees is down right disappointing

Please reach out directly to the third-party processor, SBTPG.  You can do this at their Help page by calling or submitting a ticket.

1) make sure you send the IRS a change of address form 8822...ASAP

About Form 8822, Change of Address | Internal Revenue Service (irs.gov)

 

2) never-ever have your software fees paid out of your Federal refund....never!!...  Always pay the software fees with a credit card.
