SANTA BARBARA

Cynthia j66 said my refunds should have been $77 it was not it was $670 $4 because Santa Barbara Bank took tax preparation fees of $128 plus $10.72 and 39.99 for processing fee which left me a balance of $674 they owe me $138 please fix this there are a lot of people who are mad. They also are being charged  also
