S Corp 1120S in multiple states

If an S Corp has a part year business in both NY and CA what needs to be done regarding 1120S filing?

You will most likely need to file returns in both states.

Hi thank you for the quick reply 🙂  I don't need to see a list of forms availability though.  I was wondering how exactly to determine whether an 1120S needs to be filed in both states and what considerations I need to be aware of and pay attention to.  Thank you again.
