return accepted but additional info requested

My return accepted but additional info requested, A letter to be sent within 30 days , but it's been over 60 days, How to proceed ?

Sadly all you can do is wait for the IRS to catch up after being effectively closed for more than 10 weeks and everything that needed human interaction is delayed.
