Resetting pin

I am trying to update my information through the turbo mobile app. The email and phone number used to verify my identity is no longer valid. Turbo customer service can not update any information over the phone, and I can not use the mobile app because my identity can not be verified.

I just need to update the information and have no recourse to do so.

Can I please have help?

Change your phone number or email address in your account you must be logged into your account to make the changes. So when you try to log into the account click on the blue letters that say try another way or something else and follow the screen instructions to use other means to access the account . Then once you've accessed the account go to the my account information and update your phone and email so you don't have this problem later.
