Rejected

Okay, so I've never had this issue until now. My state taxes keeps getting denied due to it saying Reject Code: Al2019StandardDed

 

What does that mean? Every time I try to "revisit" to fix the issue, it doesn't let me change anything and says it's ready to file.

To best resolve this issue, please click here to get in contact with customer care. Please be sure to enter the correct product, edition, and a detail description of your issue. If you see a message that says "We can't find an answer to your issue", please click the "Try Something Else" drop down. Once you fill out the form you will be given a service ticket number and a phone number to contact customer care.

What happens when u get an email that says being a accessed.  But your return was accepted.  Is there a problem

If your return was accepted, then everything should be fine. If you would like to check on your account activity, you can do so by clicking here and following the directions.
