Rejected return, No code, Can't sign in

Hello- Just learned my return was rejected.  I have no code.  I can't seem to sign into my account because:

 We use the cd  which comes with 5 free returns.  Therefore our 4 kids also use it.  Son tried to use online with our keycode .  I gave him my email and pw, but he realized that he was not able to ,mix cd and online so did not use on line. He has since installed the cd and filed.    Now, when I try to sign on to my account, TT is welcoming HIM   and his name and social associated with the it (not ours).  I tried to reset my PW, but it still has him associated with our email, even though that is the email we used to file OUR taxes and he used his own to file his taxes.  I don't know if this is the source of the rejection, but I'm unable to sign on and learn anything.  PLEASE HELP.

Sounds like your son changed something in your TT account without realizing.    You need customer support to help sort this out.
