Never received code to fix federal or state e-file. Yet was charged $25.00 for a rejected state e-file by Intui/Tubo Tax . Not satisfied!!
No specific information or code to remedy rejected tax returns but still charged $25 for unfiled returns. Not satisfied with your desk top version and Turbo Tax responses!

Since you are using the desktop editions, click on the File menu at the top left of the desktop program screen. Click on Electronic Filing and look at the status of the return. Does it show the reason for the rejection?
