Reject Code /Return/ReturnData/IRS8915F/FEMADisasterDeclarationNum

I've e-filed my return twice, and twice had my return rejected with the following reason code:

Reject Code /Return/ReturnData/IRS8915F/FEMADisasterDeclarationNum

After spending more than an hour on a chat with an "expert", who had me delete my form 8915-F and manually re-enter the data, I was told that this is a known bug in the software and there is NO ETA for a fix.

How do I apply for a refund?    It would be faster for me to manually fill out a return - ENTERING THE CORRECT DATA ON FORM 8519-F myself, than waiting for the coders to fix their error.   I've already been waiting 6 weeks to file because of this single form that is still not ready.....

Hi to all first I wish I could get a refund from turbo tax cause they didn’t help. I was able to fix my problem easy by search online. I paid that 129 for live help and they couldn’t even solve there fix were if it get rejected mail it. So I found the solution you must delete your 1099R by going to on the left screen  go to TOOLS then delete forms and then search 8915F delete it. After this go back wages click on it and go to 1099R click and answer the questions. After I did all this I was able to submit and it’s been accepted.
