Refund

what's going on. file on 2/5/2019 and was accepted on 2/6/2019 and after about 10 days it said processing and to this day which is now day 24 it is still saying processing and i have chosen direct deposit and i can not speak with a human, no codes. anyone has any ideas? this is driving me crazy. it's never taken this long.

I gave more info to state about my return. They suggested that I check with you about the return. Need some answers

What kind of information are you looking for @msprissy60? Can you provide a little more details on this so we can better assist you?

You can track your return by checking the Where's My Refund website located here

 

If you elected to have your fees deducted from your refund, the IRS will send your return to Santa Barbara Bank, where they will deduct the fees and then deposit any remaining refund into your account.

If it has been over 21 days, you can also contact the IRS directly to ask for an update. Please follow the instructions here to contact the IRS.
