Refund

I paid for and filed for the IRS advance and I was told by Turbo Tax it would be 24 hours after accepted by IRS. IRS accepted my refund on the morning of the 27th...Where is my refund?

Now that I have paid for my services no one wants to speak to me and keeps sending me to automated system

You should receive your advance within 48 hours of acceptance of your tax return, onto the temporary card from the time your return was accepted.

Please make sure you check your junk/spam folder. The sender will be turboprepaidcard@email.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com.

No my problem is not solved....I have gotten my card, but nothing has been loaded on it as of yet it is Friday and I was accepted on Monday
