Refund status

For weeks now when I go to check my refund it says that it's processing. Said the same thing yesterday. But now it's saying that I'm entering my information in wrong. I have the eitc so shouldI'd be worried that it's been saying it's processing and now it's saying I'm entering my information in wrong. And I'm not entering my information in wrong. Help!!!!

It's really weird! I don't know if I should be concerned. But I'm a little relieved that I'm not the only one.

That happens from time to time when your return is being processed. If it has been more than 21 days since your return was accepted you can call the IRS directly to check on your refund status.

Even if you claimed eitc? I filed January 13th was accepted on the 27th of January and it still says processing

Don't worry, this can be completely normal and it means your return is processing and moving forward in that process. The status on the IRS website may change and state we cannot find a record of your return or  that you have put in incorrect information when tracking it, but this can all be normal in the process.

The IRS releases most refunds within 21 calendar days after the e-filed return has been accepted (received), not 21 days from the e-filing date. If accepted by the IRS, you can continue to check your refund status below:
