Sounds like a person at the IRS is manually reviewing your tax filing. It could be as simple as their needing to contact your employer to verify the W-2 info that you submitted. (Employers are supposed to provide this info to the IRS via the SSA,, but sometimes are remiss in doing so). The IRS will send you a a letter if they need anything else from you.
