Refund / SBTPG

IRS show my refund was deposited 2/22/2024 but SBTPG still show it has not been received.  I've filed with TT for several years now and my account has not changed.  I don't understand what is the hold up on this.  TT told me there's nothing they can do but to call SBTPG.  I can not get hold of a live representative at all.   Has anyone tried to call or know how to get hold of a live person?

For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/

Yes, that is who I tried to contact and the number I called but no option to talk to a live person,
