Refund says accepted but IRS says differently

I did my taxes early and got accepted 2/12/2021. I have been checking daily the IRS where's my refund tool. It says I haven't file anything this year and my transcript says the same. Had a baby in 2020 and was on Unemployment for a few months,not sure if that is causing issues. 

 

Just trying to figure out why the tool said j haven't filled but on here it says accepted.

Having the same issue, there going to give you generic response telling you that your not entering your information right. You cant get a straight answer from turbo tax.

When you check your refund under Refunds tab, you must enter the primary SSN. filing status of the primary taxpayer and the gross amount of your refund.  Otherwise, it will say " Information not found".
