REFUND ON eFile State charge that cannot be used?

Hello

How do I process a refund for a State eFile I cannot use? I checked out after giving my CCard # - THEN TTax tells me my State cannot be eFiled.

 

HOW DO I GET A REFUND - CREDIT BACK TO MY CCARD?

 

Just like this customer of 4/18/23 said - TT has a problem!  this should be addressed before I pay!

"checked out and spent money before TT decided to tell me it could not eFile my return"

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
