Refund not sent by tpg products

I filed my tax refund at the end of February and on March 9, 2022 the irs released my refund to Turbo tax’s 3rd party company tpg products to have my fees deducted. Tpg/ turbo tax said my money was on the way to my account. When I went to the bank days later my bank said they never received the funds. So I called turbo tax which stated I needed to wait 21 days. Me knowing how this works I said no I don’t the irs gave y’all the money. I went back to the email that stated my money was on the way. Tpg products stated they had the money and that they could send it to my bank account and would send me out a check. They told me to wait 7-10 business days. I have called several times 4 c minimum and no check has arrived and it’s been more than 7-10 bussiness days. I looked online and many people are having these issues. Was the check really cut at all. Many have been waiting since February. Can I get a call from the CEO of turbo tax as this is my first time at turbo tax and this isn’t a great first impression?  How long will I have to wait for my money? Should I call the irs? Please help.

I posted earlier about my similar issue. I found out that SBTPG received my refund and had it since March https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/after-you-file/discussion/irs2go-shows-my-refund-was-deposited-to-my-account-march-9th/00/2621929

It would be necessary to continue to try contacting TPG for additional information. Please see this website for contact information: TPG. There is also a blue "Submit a request" button where you can provide your information and describe the issue.

How many times should I reach out? I’ve called multiple times. I want you guys to be able to provide accurate information to your customers. If y’all told me it would take 2 weeks I would be okay . It’s the lies that’s being told that is upsetting me. I have sent many request for someone to look into it and every time the case gets closed with no answers or anything.

Get informed delivery with usps on your phone you can track what mail your getting so u know if it’s coming and mine did come on Monday. So my issue was resolved I’m never using turbo tax again tough it was just to much of a hassle. I hope everything works out for you and all the others people who have been affected.

Mine was in my mail yesterday. My mail runs really late sometimes. My check was the amount it was supposed to be. I agree with you. I will never use TurboTax again. I can handle waiting, as long as I know what is going on. The biggest issue for me was not being able to get any answers, and it just felt like they were trying to mislead people. I'm in the same boat. IRS released the refund to TPG on March 1st. It's well into May and after countless emails and phone calls....nothing! I reached out to the BBB and they informed me that TPG never responded back to them. I will never use Turbo Tax again! Now I have to reach out to the IRS directly. SMH!

Tpg is a shady bank. I will no longer be filing my taxes with Turbo tax due to the lies TPG tell when waiting for your money. Mailed check off 10/9 never received. Honestly they never mailed it the first time. Had to send in an indemnity form and get a check reissued. Let them tell it anyway. Was told they sent the second check off 10/28 even tho they only print on Tuesday and Thursday’s. So that is a lie. Hopefully I actually receive my check this time. Already filed a BBB complaint. Next stop is the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Turbo tax do better!
