Refund needed for unauthorized charge

We are unable to issue refunds via this forum.  Please see the below FAQ to reach out to Turbo Tax Customer Service.  Make sure you select the appropriate version you utilized to file:

I payed $40. by visa card on 1/22.  when doing my return I was told that I needed to up grade. On 2/3 my Visa card was charged $69. I do not think I should be charged both amounts only the $69. charge. 

Please advise.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
