Refund Card

I efiled my 2019 taxes in February of 2020 and have not yet received my Turbo Tax Visa Card. I have tried calling the number provided to get another one sent to me but I have yet to speak to a person. After i follow the steps the automated voice says to enter the last 4 digits of the card I'm calling about. How can I enter a number from a card I have not yet received? Then it proceeds to tell me to call back once I have the number. What can I do or who can I call about this matter? I have been trying this for a month now. Please can someone help me.

Please click the link below for assistance with your TurboTax Visa Debit Card. When you call the phone number, don't choose option 2. The system will repeat itself a few times, then you will get more options.

I did what you suggested and still cannot talk to anyone. When you go online it asks you to enter your card number to get in. I never received a card so how can I put a card number. Please help me with this matter. Thanks in advance for your time and cooperation.

When you call, don't enter anything. You will have to listen to the prompts, which will repeat themselves a few times, and then you will get more options. There will be an option presented for never received card, however, you have to let the system cycle through a couple of times in order to get to the additional prompts.
