Why is there no refund advance option showing for me? I have done as others have suggested. I tried a new account, I tried clearing and redoing it, I've tried toggling back and forth. Nothing works. Is this a glitch that is going to be fixed? So frustrating and time consuming already 😑

Thank you for trying to help but none of those were the issues or helped. It's definitely a glitch or turbotax is only offering it sporadically. I opened a new account as suggested by another member and it still didn't give me the option. Strangely I checked today and it suddenly appeared. No ryme or reason just sporadically. Still doesn't show on my old account. Believe me I spent a ling time toggling back and forth and checking that I wasn't missing some option. There was no option! Too many people are having this issue for turbotax to not explain or investigate it!
Can you click on the blue Are there other refund options? Is the screenshot what comes up when you click on that?
Yes the 2nd screenshot is what came up when I clicked other options. I created a new account as suggested by others and it still gave no option. So frustrating because took over 2 hours to refill out everything for self employed. Insanely I went back today and suddenly the option for advance refund was there and I was able to apply. And no I did not miss it before or click the wrong thing. It just suddenly appeared where it should and the other times all I got is what is seen on my screenshot. I went back and forth several times on my first account and it still never gave the option. There is definitely a bug, glitch or flaw in turbo tax for advanced refund option. Or else they are only sporadically offering it for no ryme or reason. Was so frustrating. Spent way too much time on taxes this year trying to sort out their flaw in their system.
