Refund advance

Why dnt I have the option to do a refund advance

TurboTax is not offering any type of Advance on a 2019 tax refund at this time.

An advanceMSY be offered ONLY IF & WHEN the IRS is open to receive returns AND your return is able to be efiled. These will not happen before the end of January at the earliest.
