Filed 1/28/2023. Fed was accepted shows on turbo tax but not on credit karma that it was accepted. I qualified for the RAL. Yet have not received money, message of approval or denial nor is the Loan Application in my tax file when downloaded. So what’s the issue with this? Law stated I need to receive the loan documents whether approved or denied. Yet no one can give me an answer. Why is this? I have the whole filing process recorded showing I selected the proper option as well as file for the credit karma card. I really don’t want to have to be the guy who causes people issues, yet on the other hand I don’t wanna receive a refund that has a loan taken out that I never received. (Yes it has happened once already and lucky I always record the tax process). I’m less worried about the actual money through the loan and more worried about a tax company that doesn’t keep important paperwork as well as uses underhand tactics to apply for their company bank card. Have you received an email stating when your funds will be available? If you haven't can you please check your spam/junk folders? Once accepted, you will receive an email with further instructions on accessing the funds. See the TurboTax FAQ here for more information on your refund advance.
Please make sure the primary taxpayer information matches exactly the same as your Credit Karma account. Changing any information in one account like your password, phone number, mailing address or email doesn't automatically change it in the other account.
