Refund advance

When I filed my taxes on Jan 24th I was approved for a 500 refund advance I made credit karma account and when I tried to file it said something on my return changed to choose a different method and I tried various times until i

gave up and just filed normally. About two weeks ago I received an email from turbo tax apologizing saying this year taxes were on them since I was apart of a lot of people that tried to get refund advance and were unsuccessful and they are going to refund me what I paid for to file my taxes. Since I chose the option to pay for it with my refund they said I’ll recieve a check. Has any one that had this problem received there money back already ?
