Refund advance

 I was pre approved for a 2,000 advance but didn’t get it can I apply again for it

If you were approved for the advance, you don't need to apply again.  This Turbo Tax FAQ will provide more information. Click on Why haven't I received my Refund Advance after 1 hour?
