Received letter 5071C

I tired verify through email, they said I need to call. Everytime calling, even as soon as they open the recording says to call back the next day. Is there something I did wrong answering through email that I can correct and try again that way?

You cannot email the IRS---so not sure what you tried to do.   Email is not the way to respond to a request to verify your identity.
