Received a notice CP21B for a refund - How long does it usually take?

Hi everyone,

 

I filed a 1040X and then got a refund notice back (CP21B). It has already been 3 weeks since I received the notice, as the notice says the refund should arrive within 2-3 weeks. Does anyone know whether it usually takes longer to receive the refund?

It can take longer ... welcome to the holiday season.  If you don't have it by January I would make a call.
