Question regarding 2020 filing

I finished my federal, and filed, I was notified that it was accepted. I live in Washington, therefore do not have a state income taxes. But it shows I still have to complete my Idaho return, I did not live there all year, but I do own a home and rent it out, I thought I answered all the necessary questions regarding my rental home. Why am I getting Idaho filing form

If your rental income in Idaho was greater than $2,500 for 2019 then you are required to file a nonresident Idaho return to report the income earned.

I am a non-resident of Idaho.  My rental income for my Idaho property was greater than $2500 but when I complete the Sch E, the income becomes a net loss for the year for Idaho purposes.  I have no other Idaho income.  Do I still need to file a return for 2019?

Yes, unfortunately, nonresidents of Idaho must file if their total gross income from Idaho sources is more than $2,500, even if there is no taxable income or a loss.
