Printing Returns not working

Using TurboTax Home and Business on MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.6.6. When selecting Print Return, it processes for 15-20 seconds, progress bar moves back and forth and Mac rainbow wheel spins then it stops and nothing is saved. I have tried under File > Save to PDF. Doing this, Federal Return looks good, but State Return (Massachusetts) is not formatting correctly and does not show form lines for line items, signatures, etc. I want to mail my state return in, as it shouldn't cost $25 to eFile this return. If your program won't print correctly, the eFiling should therefore be free. I see others have posted about similar issues. When should we expect a resolution to printing problems?

If you are unable to print from a Mac device, you can sign up to be notified when the issue is fixed, at this help article.

Some Mac users have still been able to print to a PDF and then print outside the program. To try this, select File, then Print, select what documents you want to print, and then choose PDF instead of Print.
