Penalty due to TTAX error

I got a penalty because the TurboTax CA form listed twice the contribution of CA my refund to estimated tax. I now owe CA a penalty and interest of $73, which is more than what I paid for TurboTax2018. Will Turbo Tax pay me for the penalty and interest?

TurboTax is only responsible for errors due to Computations, not Entries. What you described sounds like a user entry error, which you did not notice upon your review of your self-prepared return. Not likely you'll get anything from Turbotax.
