OWE Refund Advance from 2022 REFUND

I received the refund advance last year 2022 but it has not got paid back due to my taxes still processing (I’m stuck on code 571). 
I filed the same way this year (using TT & deposit into Credit Karama) except I didn’t do the refund advance. 
So my question is will the advance I still owe come out of this year federal refund (when I receive it)

or will it keep waiting until I finally get last year refund?

What you owe for last year's Refund Advance will most likely not be taken out of your 2022 refund. However, you will be required to repay the amount of the 2021 tax year loan to the loaning company. See your loan agreement for tax year 2021 for details.
