Not able to print/download full return with all worksheets. Help section is wrong...

Please try the following directions to Print Center:

• Log into the account you filed the return in
• Click Tax Home to the left
• Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents and click Show
• Select Add a State to get back in return.
• In the left hand-menu, select Tax Tools.
• Select Print Center.
• Then choose Print, save or preview this year’s return.
• Now check the 2017 federal returns (or 2017 state returns) box and choose which forms to print out or all worksheets.
• Select View or print forms, then go ahead and print.

I do not have an "add a state" selection.  PLEASE help.  thank you.

This answer is wrong.  You cut and pasted the answer from last years version.  "Add a State" is no longer an option.  Can you give us the new directions.

I too need to access my 2017 worksheets in order to complete my 2018 return, and do not have an "Add a State" option. A family member who has already submitted her 2018 return does have the "Add a State' option, but Tax Tools and Print Center give her only the option of printing/saving her 2017 return. The return does not include worksheets and no option for worksheets is given.  Please advise how to get access to our worksheets.

Can anyone help? How to find and print out the worksheet in past 4 years from TurboTax online? Not just the filling file or .tax file, but want to see the worksheets inside.
