No refund still says unfunded

I am beyond furious with turbo tax and will never use them again after 20 years . I made I guess the mistake of paying from my refund and they never told me they were farming it out to third party and now somehow it’s stuck unfunded . No one will help me . The IRS paid me on Feb 22 still nothing

I swear I’m am beyond stressed and all this for 300.10 from turbo for “ max” benefits . Wtf what a scam . Can anyone help me ? I’m so frazzled

Thank you for your kind response . I have done that . I am on their website checking more times than a person in pain on a morphine pump . They say IRS never sent it

irs says they have proof that they sent it Feb 22 .

still nothing . I swear to god I’m beyond disgusted . All the money the CEOs get sitting in their chairs laughing at poor people like me smoking their big fat Cuban cigars while I’m starving . I’m so depressed
