You can check your refund status on "Where's My Refund?" . Typically you will receive your refund in about 21 days after you tax return is accepted by the IRS if you filed electronically and selected direct deposit. Please see more information in this TurboTax FAQhttps://ttlc.intuit.com/community/refund-status/help/when-will-i-get-my-irs-tax-refund/00/25589

Now, until the IRS starts processing your tax return there may not be a record of your refund or the IRS website may say that you have entered incorrect information. When tracking your federal refund you need to wait at least 24 hours after first transmitting your tax return. As your return moves through the system the status will be updated accordingly. Continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund?  tool for updates. These updates are made daily, usually overnight. Also, you will need to know the exact amount of your tax return refund, your tax return filing status, and your Social Security number when you visit the IRS website to track your refund.

I efiled my return on January 27th, it was accepted on Jan 27th. I have been checking the refund tool regularly because my turbo tax refund estimation date was Feb 17th. It is a known Federal holiday, so of course the IRS and most banks are closed today, but now when I check my status, it says it can't find my info and I must have entered something incorrectly..Could it be the IRS possibly released it already and is no longer available? or is there something else that could be going on, on top of the status bar disappearing? Any help would be enlightening,

Thank You

Tax returns can disappear from WMR while they are being processed.

You can try calling the WMR automated hotline instead: 1-800-829-1954 or visit the IRS website.

Here's an article that can also shed some light on this issue.

Please see below.
