Maybe it's related to user's other comment in this thread from earlier this afternoon:
@Faithy1 I did not realize---I replied to your other post in a different thread. It was something about a Social Security number. We have not heard back from you, so do not really understand what your issue is. If you can explain with some details we will try to help.
