Hey so I am trying to apply for FAFSA for 2017-2018 school year. Originally I filed a 1040EZ for 2015, however, I messed up and worked with a tax agent to file an amended 1040X. So, when I am applying for FAFSA, the irs.gov says that I need to use my "AGI" and earned income figures in my AMENDED 1040X, which I am going to do. However, there is no option for 1040X when prompted with "What income tax return did you file in 2015?" So, if I originally filed a 1040EZ, and then an amended 1040X with a tax agent, does that mean my 2015 return is still considered a 1040EZ?
