I am sorry but if you have already submitted your tax return via e-file to the IRS, you do not have the option to reverse the e-file.
At this point, the IRS will either accept it or reject it. If the IRS rejects it, it will work out the way you want because the submission will be "reversed" as you wanted.
However, if the IRS accepts the tax return you e-filed, you will have to amend your tax return. This will be available in TurboTax towards the end of February. Amending is a simple process in TurboTax. I will provide instructions below.
You will need to wait until the IRS receives and processes your original return. Wait until you receive the refund on your original tax return (or your check clears if you had to send a payment).
