You may want to double check you filing status and the amount. It has to be to the exact dollar. If you get that message again, please call the IRS at (800) 829-1040.

Please see the following TurboTax FAQ for assistance with why there may be no record of your return when you attempt to track it:

You can begin to track your refund on the IRS website 24hrs after your return has been accepted.

To check your refund status on the Where's My Refund? site, you will need your social security number, filing status, and refund amount in order to track your refund. Be sure to enter only the Federal Refund amount and not the total amount that includes the State refund. The amount to enter is on your Federal form 1040, line 21a.

If you paid any fees out of your Federal refund, use the refund figure prior to the deduction of the fees.

See the link below for instructions on checking your e-file status to ensure your return was filed:

Why is there no record of my return at Where's My Refund (WMR)?

Same here my refund had been accepted but I cannot track it. It keeps saying invalid. Everything is correct so I’m  not sure what is happening

Hello,

I did my taxes it said accepted but I tried to track it on the websites provided and it states they cannot locate it. So how would I know if it really went through?

This is normal. It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to update. Until the IRS starts processing it on their own, you may not find record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated. Continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund tool for updates. Updates are made daily, usually overnight.

So I am finally able to track it but it still says processing and it has been over 21 days.

The IRS did not start accepting returns until January 27th. Even though the IRS issues 9 out of 10 tax refunds within 21 days, it's possible your return may require additional review and take longer to process.

For some taxpayers, PATH Act requirements and other identity-protection safeguards implemented by the IRS may account for longer wait times.

Taxpayers who claim the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or the Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) may experience a refund hold. The IRS usually begins issuing tax refunds on returns with the EIC or Additional Child Tax Credit in late February.

I'm having that issue, I may just be worrying over nothing but I have put my correct information and I filed back on January 30th 2020. They said my refund would be here one the 22nd of February but the date changed to the 20th. I have only received my State tax so far but the Federal is not allowing me to track it on Irs.gov. I'm concerned about this part and would like to know why I haven't received any validations from Turbotax about my refund or whether there is something wrong with it. It says it's accepted but how can I trust that alone?

The IRS issues refunds, not TurboTax. This means that we can't say for sure why you haven’t received your refund if it's been longer than 21 days since you e-filed. You'll have to speak directly to IRS to find out more about the delay. For more information please click the link below.

Hey so on the home page it says my state and federal tax returns have been accepted February 27th of 2020 and it’s now March 4th and it says that it can not track my record. I have gotten the 24 hour verification email stating the irs and my state have revived my returns but I can’t track my **bleep** at all

Just to clarify, are you not able to track your return on your state's website and on the IRS Where's My Refund site or on your TurboTax account?

TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS once they have accepted your return. Each state handles its own refunds

Please click the TurboTax help link, listed below, to learn how to track your State return.

https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433

You can begin to track your federal refund at the IRS Where's My Refund? site.  You'll need your Social Security number or ITIN, filing status, and the exact amount of your refund to check your status. The IRS will issue your refund when your return is approved.

I filed my tax return on April 1st 2019 and turbo tax send me an email saying it was accepted by the IRS. It's now April 13th and I am trying to look up my federal tax return status and it is telling me this "We cannot provide any information about your refund. You must wait at least 24 hours after you get the acknowledgement e-mail that your tax return was received by the IRS" I did my taxes well over 24 hours ago and do not understand why I am receiving this message. It's very concerning speaking as how I paid $150 to have turbo tax do my taxes this year. Can you please explain why turbo tax is telling me it was accepted yet the IRS is stating otherwise?

If there is no record of your return at Where's my Refund  or you are getting the message "You may not have entered your information correctly",  an important factor can be if you are married filing jointly.  Make sure you are using the Social Security Number for the name that appears first on the return.  Keep in mind that once the IRS notifies TurboTax that your return was accepted we won't get any more information from them.

Here are some other common reasons why your refund is not showing at Where's My Refund:
