Mistake on e-file

I just noticed after i sent through my efile that the email address i provided was incorrect. I realize I wont get any notifications, but im worried that this might effect something else on my return that I wont know about.  Is there a way to update the email address so I will get all notifications?

Sorry, I was not talking about my intuit account. 

 

on my efile, when they ask for a phone number, 4-digit password, and an email address.  That email address was entered wrong. im trying to see if I can change that.  I dont think that has anything to do with the intuit account info.

So you're in the FILE section, about to Efile, when you entered your email address.  If you went ahead and Efiled, you can't change that.  

 

Don't worry too much about it; the IRS will never send you an email.  However, you won't get the emails from TurboTax about your Efile.  You can Sign In and you'll see your Efile Status on the home page in TurboTax Online.  You can also check your Efile status at the IRS Where's My Refund? site.
