Is TurboTax going to do anything about SBTG not depositing our FULL refunds or do we have to contact the State and Government Departments? Apparently trying to get a resolution via email or over the phone does not work. This is the first time this has happened to me and I've been filing with TurboTax for at least seven years but it seems like SBTG has been doing this for a while yet TurboTax continues a business relationship with them.

Are you also getting a busy tone when you call them ?
The amount I was supposed to receive WAS the reduced amount and that was because I made an error so the IRS corrected it and sent the right amount. SBTPG did not deposit the correct amount which seems to be happening with hundreds of people from all of the complaints I have been reading online. I have been a customer of TurboTax for a number of years with no issue and I have always had my fees taken out of my refund and this has never happened.
@LivMat pretty much no answer at all. There's hundreds of complaints on the BBB site. I noticed there are also several numbers listed for SBTPG.s I have yet to try them but it's probably going to be the same outcome.
