Missing or Incomplete Forms 8995-A and 8880

I just got a letter from the IRS stating Forms 8995-A and Form 8880 are incomplete or missing.

Complete the forms to support the relevant amount and lines on the associated forms and all supporting forms or schedules.

I filed a Form 8995 not 8995-A as my taxable income was less than $182,100. On Form 8995 TurboTax filled in all the relevant amounts, e.g. Qualified business income before QBI and net capital gains from dividends. Do I need supporting documentation for these? If so, where to I find them?

I also filed a Form 8880 (I checked my file copy and the documents are there). Easy enough to reprint it and include the contribution documents from Vanguard.

Thanks.

I think I found what supporting docs I should send with the Form 8995 - Schedule C, Schedule B, 1099-DIVs and Vanguard docs showing SEP IRA contribution.

Anything else I might be missing?
