Last year I used turbotax to file my return it was kicked back 2 or 3 times to fix errors on return I was approved for a 1500 refund advance on my credit karma spend account and received it within seconds after irs accepted my return and I paid 0 to file my taxes. This year I filed got it kicked back once fixed it and it was accepted the same day I was approved for a 500 refund advance and still have not gotten it and my return was accepted on the 31st of January. Also had to pay 139 to file my taxes this year. Cannot get hold of anyone that can tell me anything except that it can take up to 48 hours to get advance it said within seconds of irs accepting return. I am about to lawyer up this is absolutely unacceptable
