I need assistance with MA DOR saying I owe money for college credits from 2017 and 2018. I believe Turbo Tax created the issue and I'm trying to get in contact with someone from Turbo Tax to help resolve the issue. I've tried calling the number [phone number removed]), it just sends me in a loop that doesn't help. I need assistance from a live agent.

TurboTax does not receive any information from the IRS or your state after your return was filed, so no one at TurboTax knows about a letter you received from the IRS or the state.

TurboTax has a special phone number for help with IRS/state tax letters, which will be easier than going through regular Customer Support. At the page below, click on the blue button that says "Get Help from TurboTax Support". Then it will ask you what tax year is your letter. Then it will ask you what the letter concerns. Then it will show you the phone number during posted business hours.

I've went to that site listed below and got the phone number. All it does is send me in a loop where it asks me a question, sends me a text or email to support here and then doesn't help at all...any other suggestions so i can actually talk to a live agent?
