If you are using the CD/Download version of TurboTax, all tax files are stored locally on your computer. And not at all on TurboTax servers.
Unfortunately, if you lost your computer without any back up, there is no way to retrieve your 2017 tax file and transfer it into your 2018 tax return. You will have to re-enter all information from scratch.
